The newly developed KOMO-TEC Sports cam shaft for the Toyota engine provides a pleasant power increase and significantly higher torque mainly between 4000-6000rpm.
In this powerband up to an additional 13 hp and 12 Nm are achieved. The maximum power increases by approx 8 hp at 7300 rpm. These improvements are achieved in an otherwise completely unmodified standard Toyota engine.
If you also fit the Komo-Tec stainless steel exhaust manifold, rear silencer and Carbon inlet airbox system you could reach up to 215 hp at 7900 rpm with this camshaft whilst also realizing much stronger torque.
The kit consists of:
Pair Sports camshafts
Fitting material
Fitting
12 month tuning warranty

The diagramm shows a standard engine. The black curve shows performance without the Sports camshafts, the red curve with the camshafts

The exhaust manifold, made from stainless steel, replaces the original steel manifold of the Elise 111R. Optimised tube length and diameter improve engine performance and torque. Engine performance improves by approx. 6HP; torque increases by approx. 12Nm.
The original catalyzer can still be used.
